GUWAHATI: A road accident occurred on Maligaon’s Nilachal Flyover on the late hours of December 27.

A two-wheeler swerved out of control and hit a pick-up truck. There were no fatalities reported. The rider of the two-wheeler sustained injuries.
Talking to GPlus, a traffic police official from Jalukbari said, “Nothing major occurred and the man escaped with a few injuries. He was then taken to the nearby Railway Hospital in Maligaon where it was declared that he sustained a fracture in his leg.”
