GUWAHATI: The Special Task Force (STF), led by Inspector Kapil Pathak, carried out a successful operation in South Sarania, under Paltan Bazar Police Station, based on credible intelligence.

During the raid, the team apprehended a suspect and seized 28 vials of heroin, weighing a total of 41 grams.
Additionally, a mobile phone and cash were recovered from the scene.
In a separate operation, acting on further intelligence, the same STF team conducted a raid in Sawkuchi, under Basistha Police Station.
They arrested an individual and confiscated 10 vials of heroin, weighing 13.3 grams.
