GUWAHATI: Paltan bazaar police arrested Binod Boro (30) of Naramari village of Bagdoba under Baska District.
Boro claimed he made this toy bomb with the help of internet and also admitted that he had supplied such bombs to many others too.
It is to be mentioned that on November 13, a 10-year-old named Devani Shree, who is a student of St. Nichols High School sustained severe injuries while playing after the toy blasted.
