GUWAHATI: The Technology Incubation Centre (TIC) of IIT Guwahati has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Alliance of Digital India Foundation (ADIF) to foster entrepreneurship and support technology startups. The collaboration aims to strengthen the startup ecosystem by promoting synergy between ADIF's network of startups and entrepreneurs, and IIT Guwahati's resources, faculty, and incubation facilities.
The MoU outlines several key areas of collaboration. ADIF will offer alliance membership to startups in TIC's portfolio, granting them access to a toolkit of discounted services, resources, and mentorship opportunities. In return, TIC will provide mentoring, market linkages, pitching support, networking events, and acceleration programmes to ADIF members.

Additionally, the partnership will involve joint organisation of startup courses, workshops, hackathons, and research initiatives involving students, faculty, and entrepreneurs. ADIF will also promote TIC's events and programmes through its communication channels, increasing visibility for these initiatives.
