KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi has been released from the NSA charges after the High Court hearing on Thursday morning.
Akhil was arrested on 13th Sept, and was booked under National Security Act (NSA) charges on 25th Sept.
He was alleged of delivering anti-national speech amongst public, during several protests and rallies.
