GUWAHATI: A team from Dispur Police Station under the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) arrested one individual in a theft case on October 17.

The individual identified as Rakesh Boro, alias Auto (21), from Dakhin Gaon, was arrested in connection with a series of thefts. The arrest followed the recovery of several stolen items from his possession, including a tablet device, a laptop, a mobile handset, and a two-wheeler.
The police have initiated legal proceedings against the accused. Further investigations are underway.
