GUWAHATI: The Assam government has proposed to change the time frame for government officials from July 1.
According to the proposal, the new work hours will comprise of nine hours for government employees starting from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The file for the same will be placed in a Cabinet meeting that is to be held in June.
