GUWAHATI: A goat with two heads fused together was born in Pakabetbari village of Barpeta district.
As per locals, the goat has four eyes and two nose and two tongues.
"This is the first time such an incident has happened in our district. The goat is in a normal state and is currently at my neighbor’s place. They are planning to keep it as a pet," Faruk Ahmed, a resident of Barpeta district informed G Plus.
While speaking to G Plus, Pradip Medhi, Veterinary Officer of Guwahati Municipal Corporation said, "Such a case is considered as abnormal fetus, which is known as 'congenital deformity', and is a very unusual occurrence found in animals as well as humans."
