GUWAHATI: Badminton champions, Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu reached Guwahati for the 83rd Senior National Badminton Championship to be held at Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phukan Indoor Stadium and ABITA stadium.
This is the first time the championship is returning to the north-east since 2010. This event, which costs Rs 50 lacs will also kickstart the 74th Inter-State Zonals.
The two badminton champions will be one of the main attractions from the women’s side.
