Rotary Club of Gauhati West celebrated their 39th installation ceremony at IIE, Panbazar on Sunday.
Every year during the installation, new office bearers take charge for the rotary year starting July 1st. And accordingly new members took charge for the year 2017-18. Sanjib Kalita took charge as the new President and Pawan Kumar Goel took charge as the new Secretary of the club. Veteran journalist Ajit Bhuyan chaired the occasion as a chief guest while past district Governor of Rotary International district 3240 Prabhat Kedia was the guest of honour.
The club started the new year by organizaing a blood donation camp in the city where 25 donors donated blood.
