Key directives include obtaining necessary permissions for the construction of Puja Pandals in public places. Organisers are urged to secure these permits from their respective jurisdictional police stations to avoid any last-minute issues.

Additionally, the advisory emphasizes the importance of cooperation with local authorities. Organisers are encouraged to work closely with the police and local administration to implement all required safety measures. As part of this effort, ensuring medical readiness is essential. Organisers must have a medical team, including doctors, on standby to handle any emergencies that may arise.

Organisers are also required to submit a detailed list of all office bearers and volunteers to the nearest police station well in advance to enhance safety protocols. It is recommended that sufficient male and female volunteers be appointed and thoroughly briefed on their responsibilities in collaboration with local police. To further ensure identification, all volunteers must be issued easily distinguishable identity cards.

Furthermore, the advisory suggests establishing separate entry and exit barricades for males and females to facilitate effective crowd control, helping to regulate the flow of attendees.
