One of the key directives from the advisory prohibits forceful collection of donations, declaring such actions illegal. Organisers are urged to respect the law and ensure that contributions are made voluntarily and not under pressure.

Secondly, organisers must manage crowds around the Puja pandals carefully to prevent overcrowding. To prevent any lapse of safety, strict measures are paramount to control the flow of visitors.

The guidelines also address the setup of Puja pandals, stating that they cannot be erected on public thoroughfares, ensuring that roads remain accessible. Additionally, parking within 100 metres of pandals is strictly prohibited to avoid congestion, as they can lead to blockage of emergency services.

Furthermore, in an effort to promote eco-friendly practices, the use of non-biodegradable materials like plastic for pandal decorations and idols is banned. Organisers are also instructed not to deface any public property with posters or banners.

As for regulation of noise pollution, the use of loudspeakers is prohibited beyond 10 PM. Also, the use of firecrackers during the immersion processions is banned to prevent accidents and ensure a safer environment for all.

The public and Puja organisers have been urged to cooperate fully and adhere to the rules. Violators may face strict penalties, including fines and legal action.
