Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat', the monthly radio address to the nation, has become one of the most disliked videos on the YouTube channel of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The video, which was streamed live on August 30, Sunday, has been viewed over 10 lakh times. BJP's YouTube channel has 3.5 million subscribers.

Within 24 hours, the 'Mann Ki Baat' video was liked by 52,000 viewers. However, it was disliked by a whopping 3,91,000 viewers.

Netizens expected that the Prime Minister would talk about the ongoing controversy around various exams like NEET and JEE, several of them were disappointed after PM Modi skipped the topic in his address. And thus began the dislike spree.
The viewers also vented their ire in the comments section. Further, the program started to trend on Twitter as students wrote #Mann_Ki_Nahi_Student_Ki_Baat, #StudentsDislikePMModi and #StudentsHatesMrModi.
Various political leaders and social workers have also taken to Twitter to express their views.
Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy took to his Twitter saying,
I have phoned the PM residence this morning to try one last time for postponing NEET/JEE exams beyond Deepavali. The office secretary said that he will call back. If that happens I will inform the students.
