GUWAHATI: Just a few hours ahead of Durga Puja, miscreants had demolished the idols at Paltan Bazar New Field Durga Puja.
According to reports so far, several parts of the idols placed at the stage were destroyed.

The incident has led to sensation in and around the area.
It is to be noted that the puja pandal had no CCTV anywhere within the premises, which has made it tough for the committee to raise question against anyone.
