GUWAHATI: In a bail hearing on 31st May, 2018, Court of Special Judge, Assam, has reserved its order on the bail pleas of 19 ACS, APS and allied service officials till June 11.
Additional public prosecutors NJ Das and PK Das, defending from the State opposed the bail petitions of lawyers on behalf of the accused, who have been charged with securing jobs through bribery.
Further to add on, the judgment on the conditional bail plea filed by suspended chairman of the APSC, Rakesh Paul is likely to be pronounced today.
