GUWAHATI: In view of the deadly incident of Pulwama attack, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has decided to observe nationwide trade bandh on Monday 18 February.
The Bandh has been organised to show the solidarity of traders with nation and families of the martyrs and to demand the government to take strong action against Pakistan.
It is to be mentioned that on February 16, local business establishments in Guwahati observed a bandh to mourn the deaths of CRPF Jawans in Jammu and Kashmir on February 14.
Major business establishments in areas such as Athgaon, Fancy Bazar, Rehabari, Kumarpara and the adjoining areas were closed.
