Army Conducts Anti-Tank Guided Missile Firing Exercise In Sikkim

GUWAHATI: The Trishakti Corps of the Indian Army conducted a rigorous training exercise involving Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM) firing at a super high-altitude area of 17,000 feet in Sikkim. The exercise saw active participation from missile firing detachments belonging to mechanised and infantry units across the entire Eastern Command.

The training exercise was designed to provide comprehensive continuity training to the personnel and involved live firing from various platforms targeting both moving and static objects, mirroring real battlefield scenarios. The ATGM detachments showcased their capability to effectively neutralise armoured threats with remarkable precision, ensuring mission success even in the challenging mountainous terrain of Sikkim.
