Woman Dies After Being Hit By Speeding Bus In Lalmati 

GUWAHATI: An accident was reported on NH 27 near the Lalmati area where a woman was rammed by a speeding bus on January 3 at around 5:40 PM

According to reports, the deceased identified as Amiya Das was trying to cross the road when the unfortunate incident took place. 

While speaking to GPlus, a traffic official from Basistha Police Station said, "The vehicle was travelling from Jalukbari. After getting the information we rushed to the spot but the vehicle was not there. We are looking into the matter."
