GUWAHATI: A recent incident came to light on Sunday, November 17, when youngsters were seen conducting reckless driving in Guwahati’s Lokhra area.
Such nightly escapades have been on the rise lately amongst the city's youth, with local authorities and the traffic police doing little to quell such activities.
