GUWAHATI: In an operation by the Gorchuk Police one ULFA linkman was arrested near Boragaon area. According to police, the linkman, Dhanjit Das hailing from Nalbari collected Rs. 5 lakh from one person in the city.
Following the trail, the police have been able to unearth Rs 4 lakh 48 thousand from Dhanjit's Nalbari residence.
Dhanjit has been collecting money under the instruction of Padmalochan Das, a confidant of ULFA Jiban Moran, said the police.
