GUWAHATI: A mini-truck (Goods Carrier) carrying passengers was hit by a train in New Bongaigaon on January 27.
As per media reports, the accident took place when the mini-truck carrying five persons attempted to cross the railway tracks and was hit by the train.
While two persons died on the spot others sustained severe injuries.
The injured has been taken to a nearby hospital and currently undergoing treatment.
