The young entrepreneur behind the business, Bishal Mahanta has been a part of the F &B industry of the city for a very long time. “India Kitchen is my first independent venture. I have put in a lot of effort to set this up. My focus is largely to satisfy people looking for good North Indian food. This is why I have brought in specialized chefs,” said Bishal to G Plus.
“I want to also cater to the night owls of the city who are looking to try out good food well beyond 12:00 am! Guwahati doesn’t sleep early and I know there are days where everyone craves food in the middle of the night. I welcome everyone to my place and to leave your honest feedback about what we serve,” said Bishal on keeping is establishment open till 2 am.
