The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Guwahati (IIITG) is all set to host the third edition of Yuvaan - the annual techno-cultural and sports fest. Yuvaan2k18 will be a two-day long festive extravaganza, scheduled to take place on 17th and 18th of March 2018 at IIITG temporary campus.
With a wide variety of events such as Code Thrill that will definitely send a challenging tickle through the participants’ grey matter, to super-engaging R-bots (robo-war) that promise to keep the participants as well as the audience on tenterhooks till the very last minute, to Quizzatron (quiz) that will send the participants into a labyrinthine maze whence they shall have to riddle their way out – Yuvaan 2k18 is the techno-enthusiasts ticket to an absolute rollercoaster ride.
A range of cultiral events are also scheduled to take place, spread across the two days, including sketching, face painting, poetry slam, solo singing, solo dance, battle of bands and group dance competition. The fest will conclude with an EDM night.
To further the scale of Yuvaan, as well as the delight of its participants, Yuvaan2k18 is also going to feature a lecture series by highly eminent speakers.
