Super Pink Moon: Witness the Biggest, Brightest Full Moon in India on April 8

GUWAHATI: The pink supermoon would be viewed the best by the people in India at around 8.05 AM on April 8.

It is to be mentioned that although catching it live with the naked eye in India might pose difficulty due to the sunlight, people do not need to step out of their houses to look at the moon, However, the pink supermoon will be bright enough to be visible from the terrace or balcony of houses.

According to NASA, a supermoon takes place when a full moon is at its closest to the Earth. The moon revolves around our planet in an elliptical orbit that is as an oval and it has a farthest and closest point from the earth as it goes around.
