GUWAHATI: On May 27, one Sanjib Talukdar was arrested from Baihata Chariali, Assam in connection with the grenade blast that happened in Zoo road earlier this month.
Talukdar along with Bijoy Axom did a reconnaissance ahead of the Zoo Road blast and the police have also found connection with Paresh Baruah.

Speaking to G Plus, Commissioner of Police Deepak Kumar said, "The ULFA has been targeting educated youth from Guwahati to carry out their operations. It seems that ULFA has been strengthening it's sleeper cell and we're trying our best to nab everyone involved."
It is to be mentioned that Sanjib Talukdar was a bright student and was also president of a student union.
