GUWAHATI: The Northeast Frontier Railway has collected Rs. 3,65,895 as fine from 1818 people for littering in trains and stations in the current year.
The organisation’s twitter page posted a picture of a train compartment littered with plastic bottles on the floor and disposable plates and cups on the table.
