Officials at Regional Meteorological Centre have predicted light to moderate rains today at places over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, and Meghalaya.
It has also been predicted that heavy rains might occur at one or two places over Meghalaya areas bordering Assam.
In Guwahati, the sky will remain generally cloudy on September 28 and one or two spells of rain or thundershower may occur on that day. On September 29, 30 and October 1, the weather condition is very likely to remain the same in the city.
