GUWAHATI: Cotton University, Guwahati has issued a notification regarding the medium of examination for its Four-Year Undergraduate Programme.

According to the notification published on Tuesday, March 25 the medium of examination for major and minor courses will be exclusively in the English language. However, students enrolled in other courses such as MDE, SEC, and VAC will have the option to answer questions in Assamese, should they choose to do so, depending on feasibility.
This decision aligns with the guidelines set out by the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and has been approved by the Vice-Chancellor of Cotton University, as per the notification.
