KMSS and several organizations to stage indefinite hunger strike in New Delhi

GUWAHATI: Various ethnic groups including the Krishak Mukti Sangram Samittee(KMSS) will stage indefinite hunger strike demanding scarping of the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016 in New Delhi on 9 December.

Altogether 70 organizations will stage the indefinite hunger strike.

Addressing a press conference at the office of KMSS in Guwahati the leaders of the ethnic groups said that they would hold the strike in front of Sansad Bhawan in protest against BJP government.

Criticizing the BJP led government Akhil Gogoi also voiced against privatisation of the oil and gas fields.
