Kid from Mizoram who won hearts on social media appreciated at his school

GUWAHATI: Mizoram kid, Derek C Lalchhanhima, has been appreciated at his school, St. Pio in Sairang for his deed of kindness. 

A picture of the kid holding a certificate and flowers, with sunshine on his face, has now surfaced on social media.

In a viral post, the young boy, approximately 4-6 years old, had accidentally run over his neighbor’s chicken with his cycle. Following this, he took the chicken and ran to the nearest hospital with all the money he had and asked for help to revive the chicken.
