GUWAHATI : Assam health and finance minister Himanta Biswa Sarma mocked Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra during her Assam visit.
Reacting to a video shared by news agency ANI, Sarma said Congress is always late when it comes to Assam.

ANI shared a video on Twitter which stated, "#WATCH | Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was seen running towards the stage as she got late for the party rally in Tezpur, Assam.
"Reacting to the video, Sarma tweeted, "Nothing new, Congress is always late when it comes to Assam."
General Secretary and Star Campaigner of the Indian National Congress, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited poll-bound Assam for a two-day visit on March 1–2.
Taking a jibe at the BJP-led Assam government during one of her public address in the state, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said the people of Assam are confused.
The Congress leader remarked, "The people of Assam fail to understand if the state has one, two or many chief ministers, as it is being run via a remote control from outside."
