GUWAHATI: A distressing case of child labour exploitation came to light as three minors, all aged 15 of Barpeta district were assaulted in a harrowing incident in the Dighaplipukhuri area on August 14.
The arrested, identified as Tulika Boro of Ghograpar area from Nalbari district stands accused of perpetrating the assaults on the young victims.
The incident has laid bare the grim reality of child labour in the region, shedding light on the vulnerabilities faced by young individuals who are subjected to such exploitation.
Speaking to G Plus, an official from Panbazar Police Station confirmed, "The accused has been arrested on August 14".
