GUWAHATI: A road accident claimed the life of one Bhargav Jyoti Barman in Guwahati’s Panbazar area near the District & Sessions Judge Court, Kamrup (M), at around 9:40 a.m. on Saturday, June 29.
Barman was riding his scooter when the accident occurred. The exact circumstances of the incident are still unclear, and authorities are working to determine if another vehicle was involved.

Speaking to GPlus, an official from Panbazar police station said, "The man was on a scooter, and we are investigating to see if he was hit by another vehicle. We are awaiting CCTV footage analysis to confirm the sequence of events leading to the accident."
The body has been sent to GMCH for postmortem examination.
