An official from the All Assam 108 Mrityunjay Employees Association spoke to GPlus, saying, "There is no fixed time for our job. We often have to work for 24 hours straight, even though our actual duty hours should be 12. We plan to submit a memorandum to the CEO of Services in Assam and the Director General of the National Health Mission, Assam, to address our long-standing issues."

Another member expressed frustration over delayed salaries and inadequate medical assistance, saying, "We don't get our salary on time. Families are suffering, and there isn't enough medical assistance for us."
