GUWAHATI: An advertisement released on February 03, 2019 on a leading vernacular newspaper seemed to have made a major error.
The ad was for an event called Abhivartan 2019 where the photo of the Finance and Health Minister was published but titled as Hon’ble Chief Minister, Sarbananda Sonowal.
The advertisement was designed by an agency called NEYP on behalf of the National Health Mission (NHM) and was published by DIPR, Assam.
