GUWAHATI: The Food Safety Department handed a shutdown notice for 7 days to a bakery in Guwahati on January 6.
According to reports, officails of the Food Safety Department in Guwahati launched an operation at the factory of Philips Bakery in the Hatigaon area.
Upon checking the department instructed to shutdown the factory for preparing food under unhygieic conditions.
The department also examined the factory of Repose Bakery in Panjabari and other outlets.
