GUWAHATI: The Fancy Bazar Old Central Jail premises and Pan Bazar Multi Parking zone which was closed for a long time has finally been opened today.
This came in as a result of the meeting presided by State Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya on 5th October, to make the Fancy Bazar Old Central Jail premise and Pan Bazar Multi Parking zone available for parking till Kali Puja.
The traffic department will allocate new parking spots for the festival days.

The minister also informed that no vehicles shall be allowed to enter the puja pandals. The rule applies for VIPs and VVIPs too.
