GUWAHATI: A dead body was found from a room of Meenakshi lodge, located at Guwahati’s downtown area. He was found lying on the floor close to his bed.
The decomposed body was of a 53-year-old man from Bengaluru, N Sriniwasaraghvan. He was a marketing specialist.

According to reports, city police reached the spot and had to break open the door of the room where Sriniwasaraghvan was found lying on the floor near the bed. The police further informed that his room had been shut for three days.
The reason for death is not known yet. More details awaited.
