GUWAHATI: A CRPF personnel was arrested from the Nagaon district of Assam for his alleged involvement in smuggling drugs.
The personnel, identified as Subrata Bhatt of the No. 34 CRPF Camp along with three others, identified as Shafiqul Islam, Furkan Ali and Fakhruddin were arrested after conducting a raid at the Pramila Jarni in Nagaon.

The police have also seized a vehicle with the registration number AS02AH4816 and confiscated 18.14 grams of heroin from their possession.
