Hatigaon and Dispur Police in a joint operation today arrested one Biju Kashyap, for impersonating as Officer in Special Duty (OSD) for Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
Kashyap, who hails from Nagaon district took money from people promising jobs at the Secretariat.
An OSD is a government employee, mostly an ACS officer put on special duty of ministers.
