GUWAHATI: The Allahabad High Court granted bail to BJP leader Swami Chinmayanand in an alleged sexual abuse case involving a law student on February 3.
Earlier the former Union minister has been accused of sexual exploitation by a 23-year-old law student from Uttar Pradesh.
Meanwhile The 23-year-old law student, who was arrested for allegedly trying to extort Rs 5 crore from Chinmayanand, was released on bail on December 11.
