"If any Hindu Bangladeshi is provided with citizenship, I will quit ministry," said State Agriculture Minister Atul Bora.
The minister at a press meet held in Guwahati claimed that with the onset of the new Assamese year, AGP will try to grow stronger as an organisation.
Protection of the dignity of the state, its culture, and the rights of the indigenous people are the main initiatives of the political party, said Bora. The minister also said that the party will no way accept the provision of citizenship to any Hindu Bangladeshi or any illegal immigrants.
