GUWAHATI: As of April 6, Assam has 3941 personal protection equipments (PPE).
"We will get 5000 more PPE kits by today evening," state Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed.
Further, there are 36487 n95 masks and over 700000 triple layer masks available in the state.
Sarma also praised the health warriors in Assam for their efforts in fighting coronavirus.
The medical staff are doing great at their job, he said.
