GUWAHATI: Three people have been arrested by Assam police in connection with the illegal trading of leopard skin.
Yudhisthir Tati, Subhash Mirdha, and Bulet Munda alias Babu had been arrested near Bihpukuri under the Biswanath Wildlife Division of Gingia Thana.
The arrested have been charged with illegal trading and possession of leopard skin and bones. The leopard is suspected to have been hunted in-between Assam and Arunachal border areas.
