GUWAHATI: The Assam Chief Minister's office has announced a temporary suspension of services provided by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department.

This suspension, effective from 11:59 PM on March 5 to 11:59 PM on March 20, is to facilitate the enhancement of digital services offered by the department.
During this period, access to the //sewasetu.assam.gov.in and //ngdrs.assam.gov.in websites, along with their services, will be unavailable to the public. This suspension is part of the department's efforts to improve its digital infrastructure.

Taking to X, Assam CMO stated, “Please be informed that services provided by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department will be temporarily unavailable to the public from 11:59 pm on 5th March to 11:59 pm on 20th March, for the improvement work of their digital services. During this period, the //sewasetu.assam.gov.in and //ngdrs.assam.gov.in websites and their services will be inaccessible.”
