Aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-reliance among the state’s youth, this initiative provides financial incentives of ₹5 lakh and ₹2 lakh to support their ventures and build sustainable businesses.

CMAAA 2.0 builds upon the success of its first phase, as the government previously provided over 25,000 young entrepreneurs with financial assistance totaling ₹510 crore on September 30. The initiative also complements the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, with a focus on reducing unemployment by fostering entrepreneurship.

Registrations for CMAAA 2.0 are open until November 18, though youth from five districts currently facing bye-elections will be able to apply after the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) ends.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scheme at cmaaa.assam.gov.in.
