GUWAHATI: In view of relaxation in Inter District movement of vehicles on 25, 26, and 27 April, 2020 and to facilitate the migrant labourers/ students/ public for movement by own/ ASTC vehicles from Guwahati to different districts of Assam, the following Committees are hereby constituted Police Station wise.
Category of Vehicle movement allowed:
Category 1: Medical Cases - To and fro journey till 3rd May 2020
Category 2:
a) Officials of Central Government/ State Government/ PSU required to move from Guwahati to different districts of Assam for Government Duty - One way journey from 25. to 27. of April, 2020.
b) Individuals having own vehicle for movement to other districts of Assam - One way journey from 25 to 27 of April, 2020.

c) Students having own arrangement of vehicles for movement to other districts - One way journey from 25 to 27 of April, 2020.
Category 3:
Workers/ Migrant Labourers/ Students etc. who do not have their own arrangement of transport, ASTC will provide the transport for this category.
