GUWAHATI: The Assam State Government during the State Cabinet Meeting held on Monday approved the provision of funds to the Sipajhar Municipal Board.
This financial allocation aims to kickstart crucial projects under the 6th Assam State Finance Commission (ASFC) and the 15th Central Finance Commission (CFC).
The objective is to foster comprehensive urban growth and usher in a series of development schemes within the vibrant town of Sipajhar.
The financial provisions will enable the initiation of projects that address a spectrum of urban development needs, including but not limited to infrastructure enhancement, sanitation, water supply, and the creation of modern amenities that enrich the urban landscape.
These projects will be executed in alignment with the guidelines and objectives laid out by both the ASFC and CFC.
