Assam: Dipanka Kumar Nath Resigns As AASU President, Utpal Sarma Takes Charge

GUWAHATI: In a sudden development, Dipanka Kumar Nath has decided to resign as president of the All Assam Students' Union (AASU) citing personal reasons. The announcement was made at the  AASU Special Executive meeting held at Gauhati University today Dec 8, 2022

Meanwhile, Vice President Utpal Sarma will take over as President in-charge.
