GUWAHATI: At least 10 people aged below 30 years have died from COVID-19 in Assam since September 7th, 2020.
The youngest deceased from Assam is Amina Parvin from Barpeta who succumbed to the virus on 7th October. She was 1 year 6 months old.
On September 14th, two under 30 people people named Rashmi Hatikakoty (26 years) and Priyanka Saikia (24 years) died from corona virus-induced problems.
Kamal Kalita (25), Priya Baishya (26), Tapu Nath (21), Foidul Ali (17), Priyanka Upadhya (24), and Shreya Ghosh (12) were the other people to have succumbed to the virus in the month of September.
In the month of October, Manika Bhunji (17) from Golaghat district of Assam succumbed to COVID-19.
